We finally found the cause that makes the mythic spirit avenger sometimes not spawning, the issue has been addressed :) it should spawn when it is the time to spawn now

We have slightly make some changes to our VIP+ member, now you will be always treated as newbie by the city guard NPC so you can use the teleport feature that only available to newbie
we have increased the bonus exp from 20% to 25%. There is no changes for VIP member.
