Reverted back spamable spells from 3 to 2 times / sec as it is causing client to crash
During Civil War if you are getting killed all your gears durability will be reduced by 1% - 1.5%
We have added a scroll for quick access to R12 of Nara hidden chamber, available on blackmarket scroll seller.
This scroll can only be used on Japan Region and you have completed the requirement to enter the palace
