Its been asked frequently about the highest karma level, and here is the answer for it, yep we do have highest level on karma and it is separated in few part

Mount speed is at level 31,
Normal Mount look is at level 41,
Karma Highest level is 60,
Karma Point there is no limit for point, which mean beyond level 60 you can still increase your karma point for better drop and/or creation rate.

Once you reached karma level 60 you can talk to Jadespear to get your special rewards
