Swing damage is final now,

changes on warrior Whirlwind now ignore target armor and any deduction as the spell render the caster in a very vulnerable state
Dispell are not spammable now
We have temporary disabled Ice beast quest as it is making the crashed, we will do some changes before release the quest again

Also the last step on 99's accessories quest we also changed the auto popup to require a click, as it was causing a crash also.
