PVP Spells changes
Now all targetable spell to player will have an aether of 1sec so it wont be spammable
I watched a lot of carnage that a low level mage and or poet could take down almost high level melee just by spammin his targetable spell
Swing damage also has been adjusted significantly
let me know if you notice a spell or more that has no aether when casted to player on PVP or if you have better suggestion on this changes
