Starting from March 2024, If you are registering and did not start the battle and I did not see any Nmail communication to arrange the battle, you will be barred from registering the event for the next 3 months.

So please make sure to arrange your battle using Nmail, since whisper and sage can be missed to read, so there is no excuse
they don't see or read the mail.

If both of you have a good reason the battle might be postponed maximum until the next day, please let me know by nmail.

If both of you still did not start the battle at the arranged time, you can directly nmail to me so they can be disqualified for not showing up at the arranged time.
