Minor quest is a very easy task that only kill a monster. but it can be easily failed if it is not the last monster you kill.
make sure the last thing you kill is the monster that requested
best thing to do this is not in any group/party and using a single target spell
then after kill the target directly return to inn and report to Jadespear

I will not entertain any karma return because of the failed quest, unless you can prove it to me that is the last monster you kill, come to me when such error occur. I will spawn the mob for you to kill and report directly, If I don't see any issue on it then I will deduct your karma by 10 point for the trouble you make, if there is indeed the system error I will also reward you
10 points of karma along with the deducted karma caused by the system error

REMEMBER: do not kill anything else after the you killed the target requested, no party and use only single target spell
that will guarantee the fresh blood of the monster
