Clan Quest Requirement update
We have updated the requirements to take the clan quests so regular low level player won't accidentally get uncompleteable quests.
The new requirement for regular player to take Clan quests are minimum 2nd Mark
Thanks to our player raising this issue, if not I will not notice it since the clan quest addition was meant for higher level player.
