New shield quest + set effects
We have added new Yong shield for quest, you can check on secret library how it can be made.
We also added new set effects for this Yong weapon and shield set, currently only the same Yong weapon and shield set have spell that can be triggered from your actions.
Different spells effect for mixed Yong weapon and shield are planned and will be announced on later date.
