Misc Changes
added karma system
now some quest will give you karma which will be used later as prerequisite to do more advanced quest which will be added soon
added practice dummy
fix some crash due to warp (hopefully)
added attack spell to help you thru the island, just talk to the oldman near the center of island to get it
the spell only useable on island, and will be removed once you teleported to main city
