There is a known issue that will cause certain character missing their legends and or registry during disconnect or logging in, it was caused by concurent database update on the character which causing a deadlock and skip all the rest information.

We have added some checking to make sure there is no concurent update for the same character at one time, hopefully it will solve the deadlock and no more missing legend and registry in the future.
