Mount Haku Minor Tweaks
When first creating instance only players on the same map and party will be warped to the instance, so other AFK player in the party won't get warped inside.
To prevent party being separated the monster won't respawn if there are still other inside cleared map. To trigger the respawn all players must leave the map first.
