Well, the imbalance wasnt something I ever mentioned or
pushed for - however, it has alleviated some amount of
latency specially in rooms where people are spamming
a spell 3x a second that moves the tile of your char..
If you have ever seen how bad ambush can 'lag' a mofo;
its pretty similar, I dont believe shadow burst was
the only action that was adjusted to try to avoid a
choke/bottleneck on the cpu(multithreading issue, as
with every server eventually has to deal with.
Guess you can complain if you want, the emotes action
has a delay on it so my emote spam macro only sorta
works now(similarly.) That is one of a dozen different
actions, including but limited to:
Turning
Walking
Throwing
Picking up items
dropping items
throwing items
eating/piping
spells of course
sending a message in chat
swing
....emotes
prolly a lot more than I thought, cant conjure up
all the types of actions that are possible right
at the moment.
In closing, its been a few months- and I can attest to
the server is more stable, much less latency on my part.
