Spells and Vending Update
Rogue
Shadow's Burst will now have 1sec aether permanently
Invisible Duration from 30s -> 300s
Invisible Break when casting spell chance reduced from 6% -> 2%
Mage
Volcanic Blast now has increased mana cost and slightly reduced damage, aether is removed
Vending
Vending NPC is simplified without the mantle/cape from the player IM which will make it easier to click and more uniform :D
