if the group has 4 active job inside (war, rog, mage, poet)
10% group exp bonus for all member in the group

AI changes
miniboss won't swap you unless you are 1 tile away from him
reduce ranged active skill rate

MVP will still swap you so be careful even though is only 1% chance
most AI has lower chance to curse player

poet dispell is usefull for bosses battle it will deactivated most of their attack and buff

a group of 8 is suggested for MVP as the MVP normal attack will be reduced to half
