General Blood inside Kaming's camp can help you to do the blood oath, read carefully what is required and or penalty that will be given if you decide to break the oath.

You can only have one blood brother/sister, blood symbol works exactly same with the wedding ring, except it has a longer cooldown, it is sharing the same cooldown, which mean if you use blood symbol you will have to wait the cooldown to be able to use the wedding ring.

Yes you can have a blood brother/sister even if you already havea spouse :)
