About Lags
Apparently the lags is not on the server side, according to the server support
"Outbound connection from Singapore seems to be fine. There is lots of latency inbound with your user's ISP"
Now all you can try is contact your ISP try ask them why connection to our Singapore server (210.16.120.107) has lots of latency
