Requirement: Completed Legendary Weapon Quest
Step 1:
Find the Kissing NPC in South Buya.
Step 2:
Bring 5 Sake ( From Haunted House ) to West Blacksmith in Buya.
Step 3:
Collect 250 Amber, 150 Dark Amber, 10 Mica, 30 Amethyst and 1 Fire Powder ( From Ancient Grace Yard).
Step 4:
Make sure you are have your latest shield on inventory and report to Blacksmith.
That's all. And You are all DONEE~~
