Go to Mutt (Dog at Top Kugnae Inn) say "secret"
Step 3:
Go to Fox Cave room 4/6/9 and Kill 3 Nine Tailed Fox (Fresh Blood)
Step 4:
Go back to Mutt and say "secret" again.
